Nice list! Do you know which ones (if any) give money for views instead of clicks?
I just discovered http://www.linki.nl, which is kinda like adsense, but specifically for dutch ads. They pay for views also, when your CTR is high enough. I just installed their ads, so I can’t comment yet. But since I use them on my dutch site, http://www.speeltijd.net , I expect they will outperform adsense.
Frankly I had not dig into most of them and so can’t comment.
I know that services that pay for view (impression) require high traffic and targetted visitors.
I’ve also been trying Linkworths (seems to be working) and Blogkits (probably never work for me but a good concept) .. I’ve given up looking at CPM options until traffic reaches at least more than an “M”.
