Week 15 – 16 (10 Apr – 23 Apr)
This project had slided for many weeks but I’m picking it up again.
The target for the end of year still remain unchanged, which means I have to work harder, much harder!
Revenue for the last 2 months had been declining. From the current rate, my estimate is that the figure for April will be half that of Feburary’s.
Traffic had also decline. I had spent a lot of time struggle with the move away from WordPress.com. Managing hosting, installing softwares takes much more time than I had anticipated.
Overall it means extra effort and focus required going forward.
My only consolation is that my offline business is gaining momentum.
